The Richard R. Green Insurance Agency, Inc. was formed in 2005 by Rick and Marcia Green. We are a locally owned agency with a dedicated staff. We represent many insurance companies that, in our opinion, are the best in the business. Most important, our allegiance is to you, our client. Our independence assures you the best coverage at the best price we can offer.

Richard R. Green, LIA
Richard “Rick” Green is the co-founder of Richard R. Green Insurance Agency. Rick has been licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, Accident & Health for the past 32 years. He has served as a Selectman in Hampden, President of the Hampden Lions Club and the Hampden Parks & Recreation Association. He is presently serving as a member on the Hampden Planning Board. He lives in Hampden with his wife and business partner, Marcia. In his spare time, Rick enjoys playing golf and tennis as well as spending time with his family.
Marcia S. Green
Marcia Green is co-founder of Richard R. Green Insurance Agency. She has 35 years of experience in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Representative. Marcia lives in Hampden with her husband and business partner, Rick. She is mother to their three beautiful daughters and enjoys hiking, traveling & reading, but most of all, spending time with her family.
Melissa A. Devins, CISR
Melissa Devins joined the Richard R. Green Insurance Agency Inc in November 2009 and has over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. She is our Personal Lines Manager and holds a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer’s License, as well as the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She currently resides in Chicopee with her husband Don, son Elliot, daughter Ava, and their fur babies Claudine and Henry. Her hobbies include reading, antiquing, photography and astrology.
Kim Gatzounas
Kim Gatzounas joined the Richard R. Green Insurance Agency Inc in May 2022 and has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. She is a Personal Lines Account Manager and holds a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer’s License. She currently resides in Chicopee with her husband Matt, son Nick and daughter Averie and their fur babies Wendy & Willa. Her hobbies include camping, boating, jet skiing and enjoying the outdoors on her deck with family and friends.
