File A Claim

At Richard R. Green Insurance Agency, LLC, we are here to help you but know that claims don’t always happen during office hours. If you need to file a claim after hours, this is all you need to do:

1. Click on your insurance company’s sign.
2. The instructions are there to file on-line or by phone. You will be asked to provide:

• The date of loss.
• The type of loss.
• Your address.
• Your contact details.

The contact will then ask you for the details and you should provide them as best you can. We are immediately notified of the claim and will be ready to help you when we open.
